The commission entails supporting and advising IWM with the OJEU process, PQQ analysis, specification writing, tender writing and analysis, bidder negotiations, contract writing and the development of a performance payment mechanism. Specific deliverables are as follows:

Overall Procurement Project Management Lead
Develop Outline Programme
CCS Central Framework Review and Recommendations
Development of the PQQ and associated Appraisal Criteria
Manage and support the development of a bespoke: Invitation to Tender; Terms & Conditions; Service Specifications; Service Level Agreement (incl. KPIs); Payment Mechanism; and
Contract Pricing Schedules.
