Project Details: This multi phased project entailed the formation of new open plan office accommodation with cellular offices, meeting rooms, tea points etc.

In addition, works were carried out to upgrade the existing catering facility and atrium space as well as external & security works. Works also include adaptations / modifications to existing smoke detection / fire suppression system including a new system connected to the IT room. Gross Floor Area: 5,600 m2 or 60,000 ft2
