Project Details: TP ICAP decided to establish their Technology business in Belfast. BWA were commissioned as part of the team to undertake a CAT B fit out of approx. 33,000 SF over three floors. Accommodation was primarily open plan with a small number of private offices, collaboration and meeting spaces.
