Project Details: BWA have worked with HCA on a wide variety of schemes for over fifteen years. The projects worked on range from:

Refurbishment of bedrooms, including specialist treatments and paediatrics;
Installation of specialist equipment ranging from MRI, Cath Labs, Radiotherapy and operating theatres;
New diagnostic and day surgery facilities;
Consulting suites; and
External refurbishment of hospital estate and restoration of Listed buildings.

Project values for schemes have ranged from £100k to £5m

Many of HCA’s facilities are located in the Harley Street area of London where many of the buildings are Grade II listed. This presents particular challenges in the installation of highly serviced areas and specialist equipment within protected buildings. This also involves often working within a live hospital environment.
