Project Details: BWA provided expert advice to the School’s PFI Contract Manager in preparation for contractual benchmarking of soft FM services at The Bolsover School.
The work involved affordability checks, advice on communications with the contractor, scrutiny of the contractor’s proposals and a shadow benchmarking exercise to build collateral for negotiation. The work secured a saving of £300K over a five year period as well as up-skilling the Contract Manager for future PFI benchmarking work.
