Project Details: This commission comprised the procurement of a TFM arrangement for the Client’s UK Portfolio, a Managing Agent arrangement for their European Portfolio and an IFM arrangement for West and East Africa and Ghana. BWA were responsible for:

Reviewing and consolidating current specifications to ensure consistency and ability to accommodate the variety of property types from industrial storage and manufacturing through to prestige Head offices (all services let previously on a combination of single service providers on each site / building with some multi-site contracts);
identifying any acknowledged weaknesses in existing purchase agreements for the proposed contract and recommendation to adopt the NEC3 Term Service Contract,
involving developing feasibility studies;
working with internal Procurement and Group Legal departments to ensure all corporate standards were also accommodated and use of this new form of contract could potentially deliver the level of flexibility required in the TFM contract;
identifying required services matrices across the portfolio;
interviewing representatives of Halliburton internal stakeholder groups to assess current issues and identify future improvements, while outlining the benefits of the proposed TFM contract;
creating client working group to oversee the proposals and inform senior management of the overall benefits of the proposals;
assisting Halliburton Procurement department with the creation of all tender documents, and schedules, including Building “data” packs for each location; assisting in the tender
